As a consulting composer, I write exactly the music you need, when you need it.  I’m a “niche” composer– I write what the client wants, however specific or out-of-the-box.

I also work for other musicians  as much as I do for non-musicians; I deal with the software, processing, typesetting, electronics, arrangements and realizations- whatever is getting in the way of you making the music you want to make.

So-  do you need music, and think you can’t find anything that works perfectly?  Ask me!

Perhaps you find yourself directing an ensemble with very unusual instrumentation?

I can write or arrange for any group, and I do mean any!

Or maybe you would like a piece for your concert or recital that fits your favorite range, style, and techniques perfectly?  I can do that!  Want an aria using the text of the Gettysburg Address, in the Mixolydian mode, with a vocal range of less than an octave, blending elements of Bach and heavy metal, with lots of very long melismas?  No problem!  (. . . You may be nuts, but no problem for me :))

But maybe it’s something simpler?  Maybe you want music setting a particular poem, or for a liturgical function, or for your Mom’s birthday?  Maybe you just think it isn’t fair that clarinetists never get to play medieval music.  What ever you want, I’ve got you covered- and for a lower cost than you will find a commission just about anywhere else.

Of course, you may already have the music you want, but can’t find an arrangement that works for you.  I can arrange anything you like, for any setting or ensemble.
